Summer is approaching and we all know what that means.  Outdoor get-togethers, BBQs, laying under the stars, and catching lightning bugs!  It also means mosquitoes.  No one likes mosquitoes to start with, but now they pose an even greater threat, the Zika Virus.

The Zika Virus is in the news more and more lately.  Just this week the CDC confirmed another case in Palm Beach County, bringing the total number to 80 in Florida alone.  Cases have been documented in the counties of Alachua, Brevard, Broward, Clay, Collier, Hillsborough, Lee, Miami-Dade, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Polk, Santa Rosa, Seminole, and St. Johns.

With so many cases in our state, it is definitely unnerving. Especially if you are expecting a little one.  The risk to a pregnant woman is serious and we know that you want to take every precaution available.  We also know that no one wants to spend their summer constantly worrying. That is where we come in.  Let the experts here at Consolidated Pest Control help.  With our 8 Treatment Plan, we will make monthly visits to your home from March through October.  Each treatment will protect your yard from 3-5 weeks. Then you can enjoy your summer and leave the work and worry to us.
